The sound of the oboe entrances in the orchestra. Here it reveals itself in its own varied spotlight. Born in France, Armand has also studied in Germany. A prize-winner at the Young Classical Artists Trust (YCAT) International Auditions, he was nominated as a 2022 Rising Star Artist by Classic FM. Highlights, so far: recitals at Wigmore Hall, Berlin’s Konzerthaus, the Lammermuir Festival and Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
