Award winning author Theresa Breslin will bring history to life with a reading from her thrilling book Mary Queen of Scots: Escape from the Castle - the dramatic tale of Mary's daring escape from Lochleven Castle. Children will discover the inspiration behind Theresa's storytelling and have the chance to ask their own questions. After the reading families can enjoy a colouring activity inspired by the book and the chance to purchase a signed copy of the book to take home. A perfect adventure for younger readers to round off this landmark exhibition.
