Take a fresh look at how Perthshire has been framed, imagined and reimagined across centuries of landscape painting. This relaxed, curator led tour explores selected works that tell the story of Perthshire as a place of natural beauty, cultural identity and artistic fascination from the romanticism of the 18th century to the environmental realities of today. Together we'll consider why this landscape became such a compelling subject, how it has shaped ideas of Scotland and the legacy it leaves for how we see and care for our surroundings.
