A very popular return to the Festival, Clare has delighted us in previous visits by championing the creative world of craft and its historical importance: from Mary Queen of Scots’ embroideries to contemporary banners used as symbols of protest. We look forward to learning more with her new book Making Matters: In Search of Creative Wonders.
