We need to use images for your event in three main ways:
1) As a thumbnail that appears on our What's On page
2) As an event header on our website
3) As marketing across our social media platforms.
It is important that we have appropriate images that match the size and dimensions of our platforms so that your event looks as appealing as possible. You can take a look across our website to see how our other partners images work across the various pages.
We appreciate that not all our partners have access to a designer or design software, and that's OK! We've kept our requirements as simple as possible. If, however, you are having any issues, then do give us a ring or email, and we can offer some advice.
Please note that it takes us a lot of time to edit and change images that fail to meet our requirements. As such, we may have to add an administrative surcharge if your images do not comply.
