Circadian rhythms are 24-hour cycles that allow organisms to synchronise with the Earth’s day-night cycles. These rhythms, and the molecular clocks that control them, are essential to our health. Dr Gabriel's work has shown that these molecular clocks are disrupted in people with Diabetes. Is it possible to re-set the clock?
